Project title: The Evolution of Plastic

In this brief were tasked with coming up with a revolutionary contactless payment method, which could be used by Barclays customers, to pay. We started thinking abot the market we were aiming and also saw what other groups ideas were many of them involving non physical ways to pay. Then we thought 'why get rid of the card?' Many people will have owned a credit/debit card for years, why change that? What we came up with was TAG&GO. TAG&GO works by tracking your card as you enter the store. As your walk up to shelves in the store, the card senses the items you have picked up and sends that information to Barclays as you exit the store, meaning there is no need to visit the checkout.
