Project title: The Challenge

Our project is called the challenge strategy, it is basically a video ad on youtube that consists of 4 (or more) young adults who have been trying to get a job/ job interview but never get hired and are not sure why. Each of the contestants are different in their one ways and have a very inappropriate profile wether it be on social media or face to face. The contestants are put through a set of interviews where they show up just like they normally would. We then evaluate them by getting feedback from the interviewer on how they could improve. We then "educate" the contestants on how to give a good impression by having a clean social media and good self image and challenge them by saying that their success rate will be much higher for the interviews than for the previous ones.
