Project title: The Big Switch

Our campaign is based around getting people to save energy through turning off their electronic appliances. There are three main parts in our entire campaign to try and make people save energy. We have three different approaches to suit three different audiences: The Big Switch - Teenagers TV Advert - Families T-Shirts (worn by E-ON staff in their new store) - Bill Payers/Adults We made our campaign fit with E-on's brand by using their slogan "We're on it". Our idea of the "BIG SWITCH" suggests that audiences are also "on top of" their energy saving. Everything is further explained in our presentation, linked below:

Judge's Comments:

"Turn it off and save energy, simple, but we don’t always do it.  Through targeted media channels, this project should get to the heart of energy saving for all ages.  It’s visual and uses straight forward messaging and a Big Switch!  This approach will really work and get people of all ages to turn off appliances not in use, it’s a back to basics approach with a brilliant targeted media campaign."

"This is a simple idea but one which we can absolutely see working, creating a real talking point.
When reading this presentation it felt like it had been created by E.ON brand experts, the font and the messaging were spot on.
The team seem to have researched the brand and audience from detail looked at from past E.ON campaigns to the type of music to fit the audience.
Good consideration of Brand and our values. Use of We’re on it but including customers AND E.ON as the ‘we’re’ is fabulous and just where we’d want to be as a company.
The detail behind the photos and taking us to a place where it seems like the campaign is already in place is great."
